Terms and Conditions

  • Our terms and conditions are simple, transparent and are explained below. If, however, you have any questions or concerns, please reach out by emailing hello@somethingfortheladies.com.au

  • When you purchase a ticket (or tickets) in any one of the draw lotteries (hereafter referred to as ‘Draw/s’) offered online by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd (ABN 34 670 175 747), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  • All draws run by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd are done so under Charitable Fundraising Number CFN/26732.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age as well as reside in New South Wales to claim the winning prize in any of the Draws offered by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd. Photo ID will be required at the time of being notified of winning (as per Clause 14 and 15 below).
  • The cost of tickets in each Draw offered by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd is $10 (AUD).
  • Participants may purchase as many tickets in each Draw as they like.
  • Each Draw will have a maximum of 3,300 ticket sales.
  • Details of each Draw can be found on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website which includes the closing date and time for the Draw, as well as what time the Draw will take place (AEST). This is usually within 24 hours of the Draw closing.
  • Each Draw will be broadcast live on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website as well as other social media platforms.
  • A minimum of 3,000 tickets must be sold for each Draw to proceed. If the minimum ticket sales for a Draw is not reached, the Draw will be cancelled, and participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer their tickets into another Draw offered by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd or they can request a refund, less a $1 processing fee (as this is what we will be charged to process your refund). Each participant will be contacted personally regarding any cancellations.
  • 40% of ticket sales in each Draw that goes ahead will be paid to It's All About the Ladies Pty Ltd, ABN 55 670 453 602.
  • Each Draw will have only one (1) winner, who will be selected at random using the randomdraws.com.au website.
  • The prize for each Draw is valued at $10,000 AUD, as outlined at the end of these terms and conditions.
  • The Winner will be announced on the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website at the time of the Draw taking place. The Winner's details will also be advertised on the Winners page of the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website.
  • The Winner will also be contacted by telephone within (1) hour of the Draw taking place, and within 24 hours by follow up email. An online meeting will be scheduled to verify residency in NSW.
  • The Winner will receive their prize within 48 hours of providing proof of age and proof of residency in NSW.
  • The Winner agrees to their first name and initial of their surname, along with their suburb being advertised on the Winners page of the Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd website and other social media platforms. Where possible, the Winner agrees to provide a photo of themselves to publish along with the above details (a screenshot can be taken during the above online meeting if agreed).
  • Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd, its related entities, the directors, employees, staff, officers, etc will not be liable for any harm, loss, damage or personal injury sustained as a result of participating in and / or winning a Draw conducted by Something for the Ladies Pty Ltd.

Details of major prize from each draw

For each draw that goes ahead, one (1) winner will receive a prize valued at $10,000 AUD, as outlined below:
  • Family Holiday - a travel voucher will be issued from a travel agent of your choice to the value of $10,000 AUD or you can choose to have $10,000 AUD transferred to your nominated account.
  • Housekeeper for a Year - this is based on a cleaning company charging no more than $95 per visit for at least two (2) visits per week. A gift voucher will be issued from a cleaning company of your choice to the value of $10,000 AUD or you can choose to have $10,000 transferred to your nominated account.
  • Groceries for a Year - this is based on groceries worth $191 per week for 51 weeks and $259 for 1 week. A gift voucher will be issued from a supermarket of your choice, less any fees (if applicable), or you can choose to have $10,000 AUD transferred to your nominated account.
  • $10,000 AUD Towards your Mortgage - $10,000 AUD will be transferred to your nominated account. This can also be used for rent payments if the winner does not have a mortgage.
  • Shopping Spree - $10,000 AUD will be transferred to your nominated account.
  • Mum-to-Be Shopping Spree - $10,000 AUD will be transferred to your nominated account.
  • Personal Trainer for a Year - this is based on a personal trainer charging no more than $95 per session for at least two (2) sessions per week. A gift voucher will be issued from a personal training company of your choice, less any fees (if applicable), or you can choose to have $10,000 AUD transferred to your nominated account.
